Melissa is a trained actor, facilitator and communications coach.
She graduated with an English Degree, has a postgraduate certificate in Business and then studied at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She has appeared in numerous plays, films and adverts, and also works as a voiceover artist.
As a facilitator she has run executive development sessions for numerous corporate clients; working on confidence, relationship building and presentation skills. Clients have ranged from the Department of Health, to Glaxo SmithKline, Barclays to Specsavers.
The past 5 years have led her to facilitate sessions on Management training, Change Management and Personal Presence.
She has led Assessment Centres for the Department of Health, EHS functions for GlaxoSmithKline and training for TfL staff.
Specifically for Craft of Communication, she has worked with the Environment Agency, IG, DLA Piper, Impax and Ebay.
When not in the corporate sector, she is a trustee of Touchstone, a charity that helps children on the autistic spectrum with their communication.
